These terms cover your use of silverparkstudio.com. The work we do for clients is covered by the service agreement each client signs. Where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.

Plans and prices

The plans and prices on this site describe our current offer. Yours are the ones in the agreement you sign, and they don’t change for the term of that agreement. Prices for new agreements may change.

Previews

A preview we prepare for a business is private to that business. It expires after a few weeks, and we delete it sooner if you ask. We never publish one without written permission.

Our content

The words, photographs, films and brand on this site belong to Silver Park Studio LLC or are used with permission. Please ask before reusing any of it. Client names and logos identify past work and belong to their owners.

Fair use of the site

Don’t try to disrupt the site, collect its content in bulk, or send us someone else’s details.

No guarantees

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it’s provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses arising from using it. Nothing here limits what your signed agreement promises.
